so taking photographs while hanging out has been somewhat of an obsession of mine that probably dates back to high school — the good/bad part of that was that i was only working with 24 (or so) photos and then the film was used up…the next day or week I would make my way to a walmart or target to get the film developed and sometimes a disc made….now it seems i have an endless amount of photos that can be taken and therefore i’m constantly trying to balance that fine line of actually being a part of the experience or just capturing it. I’m trying harder to experience more — the same goes for spending time on the blog…it’s a bitter sweet use of my time. i know i’ll be happy to have captured much of this, but it also absorbs so much of my evenings editing > posting > keeping up! // the balancing act! i’ll figure out a good system here one of the days, but forgive my absence and future absences if i disappear for awhile! 
the night before thanksgiving we gave thanks at the Alpine & Gaslamp – met up with some of Luke’s friends and ran into a few of Garrett’s >>friends of friends of friends become friends.<< it was a great night! thankful for nights like that!
