Last year Luke and I waited until the very last minute to purchase a Christmas Tree, so I decided this year since we’d be in the new house we’d do it a little differently. Luke was, admittedly, not excited and tends not to be when it comes to Christmas…but as soon as we got there his tone changed and there was a little skip in his step (or maybe that was the 20 degree weather?), but he was a great sport and I couldn’t have done it without him …I mean….he did do the sawing, pulling, heavy lifting…etc *oops – note to self, put the camera down once in a while!… Deal’s Orchard is just a few minutes outside of Jefferson — they’re family owned (3 generations) and extremely nice and helpful..oh and their cider is delicious! perhaps we’ve started a new tradition!
